• Re-route the load cables.
• Install wall ties for the new lift section.
• Repeat these steps until the required height is reached.
• Complete the final cable routing to finish the installation process.

Method 2: Using a Mobile Crane or Tower Crane

• Lower the lift platform.
• Detach the cable from the platform and the cable pulley at the top of the lift section.
• Use a mobile crane or tower crane to bring the lift section to the installation position.
• Fasten bolts to secure the two lift sections together at the pre-set positions.
• Install wall ties for the newly installed lift section.
• Install subsequent sections until the required height is reached.
• Re-route the cables for the lift.

Step 8: Trial Run of the Freight Lift

After installation, it is necessary to perform a trial run to the highest and lowest points to ensure smooth operation and adjust any errors (if any).

• Limit switches.
• Control switches.
• Anti-fall devices.
