Introduction to Naltako’s warranty policy

Naltako’s warranty policy provides detailed information on warranty regulations for each product or service provided by the company. Furthermore, customers will clearly understand their rights when purchasing products or using our services.

Warranty Regulations

Naltako Industrial Joint Stock Company always strives to bring customers the best quality products and the most dedicated customer care services. Therefore, our company offers a product warranty period of up to 24 months and lifetime maintenance.

Scope of application

All customers who have purchased Naltako products and made full payment.

Naltako Company respectfully refuses warranty for the following cases:

 

1. The product has expired its warranty period.

 

2. The product is damaged due to faults from the customer such as: denting, fire, natural disasters, or errors caused by improper operation by the user.

 

3. Products subject to discounts or promotional programs.

Warranty Process

Step 1: The customer determines that the product fault is due to manufacturing and the product is still within the warranty period.

Step 2: The customer contacts Naltako to report the product error.

Step 3: Naltako will send technical staff to inspect and fix the product error. If the error cannot be fixed, Naltako will exchange the product for a new one for the customer.

Post-warranty policy

Naltako continues to support customers in repairing products after the warranty period expires at preferential rates. Additionally, the company also provides free lifetime consulting and product usage instruction services for customers.
