What is a 2-ton Moveable Dock Ramp?
The 2-ton Moveable Dock Ramp is a hydraulic lifting device and a variant of the traditional dock leveler. Instead of being fixed in one position, the 2-ton moveable dock ramp can be moved to any location within the warehouse thanks to a wheel system to lift and lower goods, or to facilitate forklifts moving up and down container trucks.

With a safe lifting capacity of up to 2000kg and flexible height adjustment from 90mm to 1600mm, the equipment operates smoothly thanks to a hydraulic system combined with an electrical system featuring a remote control.
The biggest advantage of the moveable dock ramp is its ability to completely replace fixed docks, significantly saving construction investment costs. The device can be easily moved by a forklift or on wheels between workstations, creating high flexibility during use. It comes with safety features such as overload valves, hydraulic dampers, and a remote control system.
The 2-ton moveable dock ramp is commonly used in warehouses, factories, logistics centers, container yards, and commercial centers – places with frequent cargo handling needs requiring high mobility in operations.

User Manual for 2-ton Moveable Dock Ramp
Step 1: Preparation
- Ensure the 2-ton moveable dock ramp is operating normally; the working area must be clear and flat.
- Ideal operating conditions: Ground slope ≤ 10° / Lifting load not exceeding 2000kg.
Step 2: Moving
- Lower the dock ramp to its lowest position.
- Use a forklift or push/pull it to the working position.
- Lock the wheels and align the position appropriately.
Step 3: Operation
- Connect to a 380V power source (3-phase) and adjust the platform height to match the truck/container using the control cabinet to simultaneously control and open the lip. The forklift will move back and forth on the platform to load and unload goods.

- During operation, absolutely do not stand under the platform when lifting, do not move the device while loaded, and press the emergency stop button if any abnormality is detected.
Step 4: Finishing
- Perform the operations in reverse order of Step 3 and Step 2: Retract the lip -> lower the platform -> turn off the power -> Unlock the wheels -> Move to storage area.
- Note: The working process of the 2-ton moveable dock ramp only ends when there are no goods on the platform or the forklift has left the platform surface.
