Return and Exchange Regulations

General Principles

– Purchased products do not include a trial service.
– Please check the goods before signing for receipt; if there is no technical defect within the warranty period, returns are not accepted.

– No refunds for any reason.

Exchange Regulations

a) Goods condition is damaged or missing components due to the delivery department.

b) Delivered products do not meet specifications or have incorrect technical parameters.

c) For products with technical defects or within the warranty period, please bring the product along with all components, parts, accompanying accessories, intact seals or warranty stamps that have not been displaced, within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

Non-exchangeable regulations

– For products with expired warranty.

– Products unauthorized for repair, used improperly, broken, neglected, abused, with altered operation methods, assembled incorrectly affecting product quality, or with torn/smudged labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeit stamps.

– Products that are damaged, altered, or missing accompanying accessories such as: packaging, accessories, gift vouchers, instruction manuals, invoices.

– Products with lost seals (such as torn seals or boxes with removed tape).

Return Regulations

Before returning goods, please contact the customer care department via phone number 0981.977.898. The company will verify and process the information provided by the customer. If the return regulations mentioned above are met, we will resolve all related issues for the customer. Returns are valid within 3 days from the date the product is received.
