Structure

Lifting Platform: Made of anti-slip chequered steel plate, with optimal thickness to ensure durability and load-bearing capacity.

Hydraulic Lifting System: Consists of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pump, control valve, and oil pipelines.

Platform Frame: Sturdy load-bearing steel frame structure, carefully calculated to optimize weight and load-bearing capacity.

Wheels: Includes 4 high-load PU wheels (2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes).

Flip Plate (Lip): The dock leveler has 2 steel lips on both sides of the platform. The lips are connected to the platform by hinges and can be flipped up and down to create a ramp connecting the platform to the truck floor. The wheels supporting the lip help it move smoothly during lifting and lowering.

Control System: The control box is placed in front of the dock leveler, including buttons or switches to control the platform lifting/lowering and lip operation.

Power Unit: The power unit supplies electricity to the hydraulic motor and control system.

Operating Principle

1. Moving: Use wheels to move the dock leveler to the working position, close to the truck edge.
2. Lowering the ramp: Lower the 2 lips to create a ramp connecting the platform to the truck floor.
3. Lifting/Lowering: Operate the hydraulic system via the control box to raise the platform to a height suitable for the truck floor.
4. Loading/Unloading: Use hand pallet trucks or electric forklifts to move goods onto the platform, then into the truck or vice versa.
5. Retracting the ramp: After finishing work, lower the platform and flip the 2 lips up.
6. Moving: Move the dock leveler away from the working position.
