Multi-story factory systems are becoming increasingly popular, and moving heavy materials between different heights is a problem businesses are concerned about. To solve this problem, Naltako advised and implemented the installation of a specialized lifting system for our partner. Recently, Naltako successfully handed over a 1.5-ton cargo lift at Duy Cuong, enhancing production capacity for Duy Cuong Company.
Detailed construction process at Duy Cuong
To reach the final result of a smoothly operating system, our technical team executed a rigorous hydraulic cargo lift installation process through specific stages:
Stage 1: Installing the core drive system

Work begins with the critical parts of the lifting system. Engineers proceed to set up high-load bearing lifting chains and install guide rollers. This is a key step to help the elevator cabin move vertically, stably, and without shaking. To ensure the cargo lift handover meets quality standards, this stage is prioritized with absolute precision.
Stage 2: Erecting wall frames and protective mesh

Next, the mechanical team proceeds to erect the mesh walls and brace the mesh frame on the 1st floor. This creates a safety corridor, separating the elevator operation area from the outside space, ensuring safety for workers working nearby.
Stage 3: Completing upper floors and safety door system
The project continues with erecting 2nd-floor mesh walls, installing interlock door rails, and setting up the 1st-floor interlock door. The interlock door system is a mandatory safety feature: if the lift does not stop at the correct floor, the door will not open, and if the door is not closed, the lift will not run. This is an important technical standard that helped the Naltako 1.5-ton cargo lift handover project at Duy Cuong receive good reviews from the investor.
Stage 4: Electrical connection and aesthetic finishing

Finally comes the stage of routing control wiring, completing interlock doors for both floors, and welding/reinforcing the cabin guardrail frame. The electrical system is routed neatly, the control cabinet is easy to operate, ensuring aesthetics and industrial electrical safety.

Product Handover
After installation was complete, the lift underwent a rigorous load-testing process. At the Naltako 1.5-ton cargo lift handover at Duy Cuong, the client representative directly inspected and accepted the smooth operation, precise floor stopping, and effectively functioning safety system of the lift. The finished product not only meets functional requirements well but also has high durability thanks to its solid steel structure.
